The 1st cotton mill was built in 1894. Many came from the ains to work in Union. By 1970 the county's economy was 94 percent textile-related. By the 90's, the last textile mill closed. But this is a story of success. Vapor Apparel founded its Union in 2014. Now 110 people strong and making shirts for the world. We are dedicated to a quality product.
