Garbage!!! New update!!! Nov 2018
One of the buds died after 3 months. No matter how many times I charge them or swap charging positions, one of the buds won't charge. No response from warranty and honestly no sure if they even exist anymore. Stay away from this junk waste of money with zero accountability from Amazon or Skybuds. I also used a multimeter and tested both charging ports and they had the same voltage, but the bud won't charge at all.****Update*****No luck getting a warranty response. Talked to Amazon and they gave me the run-around. Email support and got a postmaster response stating the email address is unreachable. Stay away from this crap. Go to Best Buy or Apple store and do yourself a favor and get something functional. These jerks took my money and are drinking Mai Thai at a beach somewhere.

Started great, now not so much
These started off amazing. Best sound I've heard, loved the power charging case and the way they "lock" into the ear. However, it's been a month and like a lot of other earbuds I've had, the charge doesn't last like it did in the beginning. I used to get several hours out of them, now 30mins and the case isn't charging either. SkyBuds customer service, while friendly, not helpful at all. Basically "too bad" response. I can post a dozen similar scenarios of the photo posted in this review.

There are pros and cons.
Pros: Attractive, sleek case and earbud design. The "AWARENESS" feature would be really cool if I didn't work in a loud warehouse. The sound quality is better than most. They fit really well in my ear with their 'locking in' kind of design when fitting in ears. They're comfortable enough to wear all day, if the battery would last that long. The app is nice, to see battery percentage remaining.Cons: I wish I could use the left earbud independently of the right. I'm only getting about 2 hours of play time from the battery. The "Skydock" is constantly disconnecting and "not in range" notification. The Bluetooth range isn't as good as some, but as good as most.

OUT OF PRODUCTION - but great
Not everyone realizes these were discontinued almost two years ago. They company was bought and the new company has a different line of ear buds. They bought Skybuds for the intellectual property to roll into their existing product line.A shame as I absolutely LOVE my skybuds. However they are about 3-4 years old now and starting to die. Fair enough for something I use every day, all day, at work. So they get charged twice a day: Lunch and end of day.After all this time the right bud is starting to diminish in volume making for an uneven balance to music. This makes sense as the right bud is the primary one responsible for bluetooth pairing to your phone.I paid over $200 when they were new and now they are $79. I'd gladly spend another $200 if I could get an actual **new** and recently manufactured pair. But any 'new' pair is really new-old-stock meaning the batteries are years old and have been sitting on a shelf for who knows how long. So I guess it means moving to a new brand that was actually made recently. Since these are 4 hours on a charge and modern tech means 15+ hours on a charge, its not a bad thing.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE...
I bought these and really liked them until the volume in the right earphone quit working. The website (skybuds.com) is no longer active and there is no customer support. I have see a number of reports of the same issue. Too bad.

These don't work right out of the box.
I have found no signs of life in these earbuds. There was only one small set of directions, and that didn't do anything. I thought perhaps they needed to be charged so I tried that overnight and still nothing. I went to the website that was supposed to let me download a manual and it no longer exists. I sent an email and haven't heard anything back yet. There are lights on the charger, but without a manual I don't know what they mean. These will be returned if I can't get any satisfaction soon.

Not worth the trade-off of truly no wires
Don’t waste your money. Volume is not good, sound is thin, and one side of the charging case never stays connected to the earbud to charge it. These have also been painful to wear. There is a piece that is not molded to be smooth that pushes on my ear and almost feels as if it is cutting after wearing for 30 minutes plus. The only positive I can leave about this is that there is no wire.

Nice Buds!
These earbuds are very good for there price point. I use these for workout and chilling out and enjoy them everything I turn them on. Fitting can be an issue in one of my ears but I readjust and keep going. None of our body are the same so I expect there to be some minor reforms every now and then. I recommend this product to everyone serious bout listening to music. My phone calls are clear and no one complains about hearing me or back grains noises. Pre recorded music is what what it is. If your music is not a good recording then the buds won’t fix it nor will any other brand for that matter. I’m a Dj that has had tones of headphones and ear buds in finding what sounds good to me. Excellent Hi Def sound reinforcement! Can’t go wrong

Manufacturer doesn't operate... no warranty
After 8 month of using, one of earbuds doesn't work anymore. I contacted the seller, manufacturer for manufacturer's warranty but learned that the company is bought by another start-up company called Vi Trainer and they don't honor the warranty.I won't buy expensive earbuds from start-up companies.
