I have not yet been able to use the waxing kit as I am waiting for the hairs on my face to be long enough for the wax to adhere to. I am glad to have this product to use in the privacy of my home. Also to be able tp use it as often as needed. The hairs are not on the same cycle and it would cost me a fortune to have this done at a salon as often as needed. This facial hair causes me great distress and costs me lots of time. I am hoping that it will be more successful than, plucking, shaving and electrolysis. I am hoping regrowth will not occur as quickly and that the hairs will be much finer. I am thankful to have this item to work with. The included instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There are many tips for success. I appreciate the before and after spray application and the variety of wax beads.

A lot of the reviews are saying that the melting process was as told on the instructions. IT IS NOT. It took about 25-30 minutes for this stuff to melt. On top of that, the wax was really sticky. It didn't even pull out any hair! Some of it is still stuck to my skin. And I've tried to repeat the process a few times to even see if any hair will come out. I would not recommend.

Wife says: Its been 7yrs I'm waxing my full face and legs and arms but with soft wax and strips which always turned bit messy. But for the first time i used hard wax waxing kit and I loved it. No messy at all and very easy to use and no burning marks and less pain😊. Before waxing, make sure your skin is dry and clean.

Received this unit and first thing I did was read the manual as it says to on the box. I immediately knew I was in trouble because it is riddled with basic errors. Page 1 "profeesional" "inflarnmation" "iol" - that's not my typos, this is verbatim what it says... on Page 1! They couldn't even be bothered to fix errors on Page 1 I knew this was going to be junk.I plug the unit in and set it to 240 degrees as it says in the manual. The unit then proceeds to climb to 257. I adjust the knob, and again set it to 240. The unit then drops to 223. This goes on for 5 minutes before I give up and walk away. I return to the unit - showing 257 degrees after being set to 240. Turn the unit down to 160 as it states in the instructions (WHICH I READ VERBATIM) - and this is where it gets INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I have hot wax on my body waiting for it to dry and I watch the unit climb to 237 before falling all the way back down to 158. That's an enormous fluctuation that makes zero sense! Before blaming the temperature of my home, it's set to 70 degrees which is about as mild as it gets. I continue to wax myself and the unit fluctuates the entire 30 minutes between 150 and 240.This unit is trash. I am so frustrated that I spent easily over an hour reading Amazon reviews on units in this price range. Amazon customer service is so trash that it is not even worth processing a return. If I had bought this at Walmart it would 100% be going back. But because is thee worst customer service on the planet it's just not worth my time. I'll just suffer through without knowing the temperature of the wax and HOPE I do not burn myself.
