Baths have numerous health benefits, especially detoxification. And that is the main benefit of this bath salt; cleaning the surface and within one's skin. I have a condition called Morgellons Disease and little is known about it. It's theorized to be a spirochete bacteria or hybrid fungal/bacterial organism that attracts ectoparasites and tiny flying bugs/insects to one's infected body. The resulting symptoms are constant sensations of bites, stings, something landing, and crawling movement on/in the skin. The defining symptom is that small white threadlike fibers come out of the skin and one's home/office is littered with white and black speck particles along with the fibers. It accumulates on my skin as well and causes for much discomfort. This organism along with the parasites that it attracts creates a mostly clear and whitish biofilm on the skin that is difficult to remove. Generally it requires scrubbing with a hard bristled brush or fingernails to remove. Yet this bath salt has facilitated ease in removal of the biofilm/parasites from the top and inside the skin. Amongst all the bath salts that I've tried, this is hands down the most effective and best value for the price out there.This bath salt comes in different colors/variety and enhances the bath with a wonderful scent that seems to be a combination of a fragrance and a more natural scent reminiscent of some essential oils. It's not over-powering and has a calming effect. The bath salt is actually a very fine bright colored powder that when added to bathwater changes the water's color. What is really great about this product is that it is the "clear" version meaning that although the water is colored, it is transparent and you can see your body/skin clearly. This is essential since I am removing these parasites from the surface and from within the skin. There are other Japanese bath salts that are of a "milky" variety and it clouds up the water resulting in the inability to see all the way to the bottom of the tub.Immediately after submerging in the bathwater, I can see the biofilm and tiny organisms coming off of my skin and forming a thin film on the surface of the water. I also add 2 cups epsom salt, 2 cups borax, oregano oil (be careful it can burn if too much above your tolerance is added and i started with 4 drops and now at 2 dropperful) 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide, 2 tablespoons of betadine iodine, and Natures Gift Debriding Soap 2 capfuls. Key are the oregano oil, this bath salt, and debriding soap. The ingredients seem to kill any ectoparasite and also encourages any that are in the skin to COME OUT from within my skin. I also use a backjoy accupressure stick and apply pressure to all parts of my body forcing debris out. In my case, white material comes out of the skin, resulting in a much refreshed and clean feeling after the bath. It doesn't leave the skin with any residue or oily texture, just clean skin. One of the ingredients of this bath salt is sodium bicarbonate, which has a nourishing alkaline effect on the skin. So not only does it clean the skin well, remove parasites on and within the skin, it is healthy as well. I can't say enough good things about this product and is a life saver when it comes to the extreme discomfort of my condition. I usually add at least 2 packets to my bathwater because I use a overflow drain blocker to fill the tub almost all the way up to the very top. This product a great whether or not a person has a complicated condition such as mine and greatly enhances the bath experience..

These bath salts release an enticing and relaxing scent that elevates my self-care bath routine. The pigment is extreme in a very cool way, I feel very "essence of the forest" vibes stepping into a moss green tinted bath using these. Doesn't stain the porcelain tub but looks, smells, and feels great! Would definitely purchase as a gift and for myself again

I've bought the described (not what I got) bath salts several times. They're lovely so I keep getting them but...I was accidentally sent the wrong kind. Price was comparable to what I DID receive and the bath salts are still nice from this particular brand so....

A friend of mine sent me a pack of these as a gift back in 2020, and I’ve been hooked on them ever since! I love the smells (the blue ones are my personal favorites).I don’t know if you’re supposed to, but I like to mix mine with some bubble bath. To me it feels better, and I like to just sit and meditate when I first enter the bath, and then clean off.Best part is it leaves no film when you’re done! I may try their “milky” ones next!

This is a neat set from Japan with individual packets of single serve bath salts. It would be fun to give as a gift. It's hard to tell if there are different types because the picturesque labels are entirely in Japanese.

Was born in Japan and reminds me of home! Nice selection of scents. I don't take many baths these days but my grandson loves it. Leaves him smelling refreshingly clean. Most traditional Japanese baths are larger and drawn with more water than here in the US so a full packet is a bit much in a 40 gallon bath. I use 1/2 a packet each time which provides a clean but not "overly" purfumish smell.

Vorab: Ja, manche der Farben einzelner Sorten sind sehr intensiv (neonfarben) und sehen daher etwas giftig aus 😆 Da würde ich mir aber eher weniger Sorgen machen, denn teilweise sind auch die veganen Badezusätze von Lush so grell.Die Salze riechen sehr gut, meistens blumig (Jasmin zB) und intensiv. Ich konnte bei geschlossener Tür riechen, dass mein Partner im Nebenzimmer eine Packung ins Bad gegossen hat 😁 Kann also einige der Aussagen von anderen hier nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Die Düfte sind auch angenehm und nicht so künstlich, wie man es von anderen, billigeren Zusätzen kennt.Nach dem Baden ist die Haut schön geschmeidig und man fühlt sich entspannt. Für Japan-/Onsenliebhaber ein schönes Geschenk! Mein Partner benutzt sie regelmäßig, obwohl er die meisten Badezusätze nicht mag.

tried so many, this one is less strong smells, but my daughter still thinks too strong smells, but i thinks good

I love these packets. I have been using them for more than 20 years. My most recent purchase in Oct 2023 has less grams and packets than shown in the picture. As you can see, the latest box only has 4 varieties and is 75g less than before.
