For those that have not tried the Scotch Bonnet peppers I recommend you at least try it once. For me it is slightly hotter than a jalapeno.

I always use this product, it's like the scotch bonnet of the tree, enhances your food flavor.

One of the bottles was leaking pretty bad. I have never had a problem ordering this hot sauce and I will order it again. Would be nice to have a refund on this product but that was not available.

This is by far the best scotch bonnet sauce in the world. It goes great on just about everything. The best foods to use it on is fish (number one) and eggs. I am eating it with my jambalaya right now. It does not have the blow your mouth off flavor. I tried another scotch bonnet sauce and it was TOP of the line HOT with barely any flavor. This sauce, the flavor hits you first and leaves you with a nice residual heat in your throat. The flavor definitely hits first as a 10/10 with the heat coming in slowly at a 6/10. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT. I am getting more now!

This Grace brand one is good, and if you would like to try another good brand for contrast, consider the same yellow scotch bonnet sauce from Spur Tree for variety. They are both made in Jamaica, very flavorful and are subtly different from each other.. Scotch bonnet is not the same pepper as habanero, although people often think of them interchangeably. This sauce is more fruity rather than searingly spicy. It's not intimidating.

If you like heat, buy this sauce. I first had it at a catered lunch where I immediately went back and took a picture. The flavor is excellent and the heat has such a great burn that builds. We LOVE it.
