Absolutely terrible. Had to throw in trash. Too bad because the back story of the founder is very unique.

and this was my favorite. For me
I tried 5 different 100% dark chocolate bars, and this was my favorite. For me, it is the right balance of texture, flavor, and bitterness. I find the texture to be very similar to most 85% bars, and the flavor to be what I want in a dark chocolate, without being too bitter. Do keep in mind, as it contains no sugar, it will be strong and not sweet, but it gives me the satisfaction of dark chocolate, and I know it is better for me than those with sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Different texture but good flavor
I received my first 4 bars of 100% Grenada Organic chocolate today (ahead of schedule), packed with a gel ice pack to keep it in good condition.Consistent with the reviews, it's slightly grainy which is different than the other 7or 8 100% chocolates that I've tried but it's growing on me.This one has a hint of coffee overtones. Like all 100% chocolates, this is meant to be dissolved slowly in the roof of the mouth. Great with coffee or certain hot teas.

Great chocolate! Love the taste. It has a slight fruitiness/nuttiness to it so it's not horribly bitter as other 100% chocolate bars. I love it!

Living in Grenada
Grenada chocolate is the best you will ever find in the world! It is the most authentic chocolate made with cocoa pods plucked off the trees by the hands of happy, well-paid and well-treated Grenadians. The air in Grenada is infused with spices and all of it, the fresh air, the peaceful environment, helps create a chocolate like no other. No, it's not sweet...it's not supposed to be. But if you close your eyes and savor each rich bite you will taste the salty air, the nutmeg, the mangoes.

100% Theobromine (better than caffeine)
Many years ago, I tried an unsweetened chocolate bar and it was so bitter I couldn't eat it. I'm a chocoholic but I would still like to reduce my refined sugar intake so I just tried the 100% Grenada Organic Chocolate Bar. It is great. I'm not saying it's sweet, but it is not bitter. If you want the full effect of theobromine in chocolate, this is the bar.
