No leaks, ice anywhere, anytime
As a college basketball official, I need to ice a few body parts after every game as preventative maintenance. This compression wrap with velcro has been a staple in my bag for many years now. This is a replacement for one I Iost in a parking lot somewhere when it fell off my travel bag and I didn't notice until it was too late. Well worth the nominal price to get a new one.The size small fits average female knee, calf, shin, ankle or even elbow. The Velcro gives good compression. Pop in some ice and you are good for more than an hour of icing comfort - in the car, on a plane or in your house. I replaced the ice bag with a blue rubber one (also from amazon) which prevents leaks, drips or sweating. The cloth ice bag that comes with this is okay, but I find that after 20 minutes or so, the cloth bag sweats and leaks all over the place, including your pants. No good. Get the blue rubber ice bag and this is an awesome combo.

Exactly what I needed.
I have been using those ceramic hot/cold pads that you can freeze or put in microwave for heat. The problem with the ceramic ones is that the heat or cold doesn't last for too long and it is difficult to keep on the area you want. Can't be very mobile with those.Bought the Pro Series Knee and the ice pack is great. I have an ice machine in my fridge and just use crushed ice. Fits really well around the knee and stays cold for a long time. Bonus is that you can use it for your arms specifically elbows and wrists if you need to. The ice pack stays put where you want it and doesn't slid around.

It delivers!
Having tried several rectangular gel-packs and fitted gel-packs for inflamed joints over the past twenty years, I bought this for the primary reason that actual ice and water remain cold far longer than ANY gel packaging, meaning I'd have cold relief continuously for the 20 minute ice-on period. The elastic straps are well-placed and easy to adjust. If you're going to be applying your own cold treatment, I don't imagine there are other products that are much easier to use.

LOVE this ice pack
I had read that real ice was more effective than a gel pack for icing injuries and this ice pack is very easy to use and very effective on my injured knee. It straps on with velcro and I like that if I need to pop up to get something it easily goes with me. Wide mouth makes it easy to fill with ice and it does not leak. Sometimes simple is best.

So good that everyone in my house is using it!
I bought this for my achilles tendonitis. I wanted something that uses real ice, rather than a gel pak. I quickly realized how versatile it is- it can be used for any join or extremity. So much so that my husband and kids use it too- all the time! Now I need to buy another one, just for me! Perfect for sports injuries- I take it on all of our soccer and dance trips.

The best!!!
The best!!!! I bought for tennis elbow but have used it for arms & legs too. You can walk around with the ice on without having to sit with a bag of ice on your injured part. Yup, I do like to multi-task. Many a friend has borrowed when having a tennis injury.

This Thing Is AWESOME
I work out and stay very active, so I get a lot of nagging sorenesses and injury. I've tried all different methods of ice packs, but this one works the best. I've used in pretty much everywhere on my body but my shoulders and head, and it's amazing.

If you have a lot of small ice cubes.
I bought this because it used "real" ice - but unless you use smallish cubes, it won't conform to your knee. Ended up buying a blue ice wrap, which works much better.
