I just received these bowls yesterday and I love them! When the box arrived, I was disappointed by how small I thought the bowls were until I opened the box. Perfect sizes! I've attached photos with a 16 oz travel mug and 11 oz soup can for relative size ratios. Each bowl is heavy duty material; not flimsy cheap plastic you find at the local discount store. The bottom and handle of each bowl is of a "grippy" rubber material that will help the bowls sit firmly on your counter as your mixing and for you to grip the bowl itself whether it's during mixing or pouring the contents into something else. There are measurement lines inside the bowl, but they are very hard to read and are in milliliters instead of ounces. Sorry about the clutter in the photos, but I wanted you to see the size ratios, which is something that is a priority with me when shopping for many items. I just broke the bottom out of my last large mixing bowl and needed a replacement. These are pretty good, but as you can see in the picture, the top of the bowl slopes out instead of being more or less vertical. I had no idea how irritating that would be. It is much harder to wipe my spatula on the edge of the bowl and things are much more likely to spill out. Also things stick on the volume measurement markings on the inside. The bottom is rounded and not as stable as I would prefer. They are a long way from use less, but I am going to keep looking. These will probably end up being gifted to one of the kids.

This mixing bowl set is wonderful. It works great for baking and also has many other uses. I initially purchased several sets because I didn’t want to buy Easter baskets that would just be thrown away. I used the large bowls for Easter baskets for friends then let them take the rest of the sets with them. They were very happy with them.I also purchased a set for each of my children and filled them with things prepared for Passover. I think they were as happy or happier with the sets of bowls than they were with the contents because they are all in different stages of beginning to set up apartments of their own.Now, for their intended use :). We have used them to make cakes, cookies and Matzoh. . They have worked wonderfully. The bowls are sturdy and don’t slide on the counter. Unlike regular mixing bowls which do not have a spout these do have a spout, which makes it much easier to pour the batter into small pans and not spill it over to the sides. They are easy to hold and turn as you mix with them because of the small handle on the side. They wash very easily. I highly recommend this mixing bowl set without any reservation. If you have a need for mixing bowls or or a set of bowls of different sizes I think you will be very pleased with these.

We use things until they either break, wear-out or we become too old to want to use them. In this case, we had a 4-bowl set of old glass mixing bowls that were very heavy, especially when having to put them back up in the cabinet. So, I decided to try some plastic bowls and retire those heavy glass versions.What I love most about these bowls are (2) things. They are very light and they stay put on the counter due to the non-skid bottoms. The largest of these (3) bowls will not fit in our dishwasher, so we have to wash that one by hand. They are plastic, so they will scratch-up over time if you use anything that has a sharp or pointed edge for mixing. But, I really like them and will buy again if I ever wear them out which looks like it would take a while! :)

these are better than average quality for plastic bowls. they feel well constructed and the staggered sizing works out well. i know it'll date me but for the money you used to be able to buy a set of glass pyrex style bowls for the same money but that was then. i like the handle edge. often you can get a heavier denser mix going and it can be hard to hold the bowl with one hand while scraping with the other. this makes that much easier. for thinner mixes like say pancake batter, the pour indentation works well so no messy drips. so all said these are about the best price for a good set of mixing bowls i found here.

These are great for smaller apartments or for minimalist. 3 is a good number of bowls to have (pink one to wash veggies/fruits, blue one to mix veggies w/ spices for roasting, and the yellow one for food prep) and each one serves a functional purpose.The non-slip bottom is also great when working with less than ideal surface area requirements (ie working on the sink ledge, etc.).

I love these bowls & would purchase them again. I have used them several times now and they clean up nicely in the dishwasher too. The nonstick bottom is really nice for whisking as I don't have to chase the bowl around. Yes they are plastic but to me that means they're lightweight and clean up nicely, I have a very nice set of glass ones that I seldom use because they're so heavy.

I love these mixing bowls. They are substantial and seriously well made.Even with my tiny hands, the handle grip and contour make it easy to carry, mix in, pour, transfer, etc. When my hands are wet, the group's are still rock solid. The anti skid bottoms are aces, too.All the accumulated bowls I've had have been rehomed. No point using anything else! These do exactly what they are supposed to and beautifully at that.Also the colors and shapes are very pleasing. Super functional, but also stylish.Such a winner!
