I bought these for my mother who threw away her old cookie cutters years ago because she didn't think she'd ever have a reason to use them again. She has since become a grandmother, however, and this Christmas she wanted to make her grandmother's "famous" cutout cookies for her young grandson. So I went on the hunt and found these beautiful copper plated cookie cutters. They are nice enough to give as a gift and nice enough- as other reviews have mentioned- to display in one's kitchen (if one likes to display that kind of thing). Mom reports that they are easy to use. Easier in fact than any she's used before, due to the handy handles on these cutters. And she says they are nice and sharp, which makes for nice clean cookie edges. Another good feature is that they won't rust.They are not only nice-looking cutters but easy to use and durable... the kind of cutters Mom could pass down to her grandson if he should have any interest in keeping alive the family tradition and making cookies with his children/grandchildren one day. This was my Best Buy this holiday season. I whipped these out as a surprise on the start of Christmas baking day. My mom was like where...? ZON baby! She was impressed! And we needed them, I don’t know what happened but along the way we lost some cutters? The handles made these so easy to use, the copper is very attractive, they clean very easily. The gingerbread person made for some amazing - gingerbread cookies lol. The Christmas tree and star shapes we made orange cranberry shortbread cookies. We received lovely compliments on our cookies. More importantly some wonderful memories were made.

These are exactly what my mother had in her baking utensil drawer, the little handles mimic her set to a tee (no copper coating on her, just stainless steel). These are super sturdy, sized to produce a very reasonable cookie size, cut through the dough with ease, release the cookie on the cookie sheet with no breakage or rips.Not plastic and certainly old school, thumbs up this Christmas. Brought home memories from my mother's kitchen which is welcome any day or season.

These are going to be great for making cookies with my niece and nephew who don’t have steady hands. With these, the handles allow them to easily remove cookie dough from cookie cutter without messing up or squishing the shape of cookie!Also, the presentation of these cookie cutters is so pretty with each cutter in cellophane wrap. They would make great stocking stuffers or toppers with the bow on presents and gift boxes as well for the baker in the family! Will post pictures soon!

My wife had placed an order with Sur La Table for Cookie cutters. The quality was not good and it was not packaged well. It arrived damaged because of poor packaging. Being involved in the food arts I decided to go to your products featured on Amazon. I was so taken by the copper material and the thought put into the concept I decided to order the three items. To my even greater surprise the care taken for packaging was so well thought out that it was almost fedex, ups and usps proof. i am very impressed and will recommend to my peers. As the product line is further developed, my household will continue to use these beautifully designed products to fill in our collection of cookie cutters

Received the package in very poor condition. There was no gift box as stated on the AMAZON listing (beautifully gift boxed). One of the cook cutters was bent and maybe unusable. After waiting so long I was certainly disappointed.

Baked my first batch of gingerbread cookies, and I had NO idea how hard of a dough that gingerbread is to use. These cutters could not have worked more perfectly. Without them, I think my first batch would have been disastrous.The handle on these makes a world of difference, and they look like something out of my mother's kitchen. Easy to use, easy to clean up and cut reliably. Not much more to say.
