Venum Kontact Evo Knee Pad

I purchased the Venum "Kontact Evo" Knee Pads due to a bruise that I suffered just below my knee cap from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The Kontact Evo definitely reduced the pain and discomfort I felt during BJJ sparring sessions however, the pad would slide down my leg a bit while I was rolling. The fact that the Kontact Evo knee pad slid from time to time is the only reason I would not give it a 5 star rating. There was no other option for me regarding the pad sliding, I purchased the smallest size available.

fit great, i ordered about 5 different kinds and sizes and these fit me the best (returned the rest). so far fits great. went knee to knee sparring and felt fine. the lower pad looked really awkward and weird. But it provides good protection to the knee cap when you shoot in allowing the pad to move with you well while protecting key spots well.

One thing I have always loved about Venum products is the pride the company takes in fighter performance. The Kontact Evo line up of product is unparalleled to many other brands of fighter protection. I ordered 2 not reading forward to see if it came as a pair, but never hurts to have an extra set at this price.

These stay on and protect your knees without question. There may be others that are better out there but that may be based more on comfort and material. These did what they were made to do.

I have these and they are ok. I do Krav Maga and use my knees a lot and they've held up. Now they are starting to rip on the sides, guess it's time to order a new pair. They do wear out after a while if you use them a lot like I do.

Have been wearing regular knee supports for MMA class, but ground work always was agony on my knees. Wearing these was able to get thru the whole class with no problem. The pads on the knee is solid and comfortable, the bar underneath helps distribute the pressure reducing the overall load on the knee cap.

Great padding and flexibility. I clashed knees during Muai Thai and it hurt whenever it was hit or when I put pressure on it during Jiu Jitsu. The pad allow to to heal without more injury.

Very good protection on the knees. Knee band is not too tight but stays in place. Okay to wash in cold water and air dry. Be sure to let them air out after use so they don't smell.

Great product provided a lot of protection and worked well, however they have now fallen apart after 2 months of use and I cannot return them. Disappointing as up until then they were perfect!

Quality product. Very well padded. Fit is nice and moulds well to the knee. Good for BJJ, wrestling and MMA
