It maybe small but it’s perfect for offloading your thoughts before you go to sleep.

Such a sweet little journal and the prompts are nice, I do wish it was A5 sized as it feels a bit small, but there are plenty of pages so it doesn't feel too thin at all. There is also no ribbon bookmark which would have been nice. It's beautiful and would make a nice gift but could be improved

I have trouble sleeping, this little bedside book gives me the opportunity to reflect on the day, think of what I have achieved, plan what I have still to do and set a realistic goal for tomorrow . I will use it and see how it helps.. I love the idea that it helps put you thoughts to bed for the night x

The book is tiny! Entirely my fault as I didn’t notice the A6 in the description but still, I would expect a journal to be at least A5. However, sturdy book and nice thick paper.

I loved the look of this diary and I'm happy to say that it's exactly as I was hoping in terms of quality. The design is also really well thought through, and I'm finding it's really helping my daily self-care routine. It's like a little therapist!
