Very 1080p 90 Degree (Right Angle) Hdmi Cable Lead 6 feet Braided

Cables work great. However my review is to impart a lesson only learned at install. I have one of the slim LED LCD TV's from Samsung. When looking at the TV, the HDMI connectors are on the left side. The orientation of this cable and the TV are not compatible. The shape of the HDMI connector means it will only mount in 1 direction. When you are not using a 90 degree, people usually just flip the cable around to make it fit. If you flip any 90 degree plug, the head of the plug is now faced into the TV panel, not away, and therefore impossible to mount. I blame the idiots that designed the HDMI configuration from day one for not making it universally accepted, regardless of orientation. Think of the old RGB plugs. Not this manufacture's fault, but just be aware of the location of your HDMI plugs, and the direction of the 90 degree cable. Sadly, there is almost no way to know this affects your TV and cable choice unless you look at both beforehand and clearly understand the mounting configuration.Luckily I have a SONY TV that this does work for, and they work as intended.

This is a good quality, thick cable. It doesn't feel cheap at all and works perfectly for what I'm using it for. However, I do want to mention a few things that people should know before buying this product:-The connection will cover what's connected below it. In my case, some of my component video jacks are covered up by using this cable. I don't use the component video, so it's not an issue for me.-The connection has these large, plastic cylinders attached about 4 inches below the connection. This is the reason I rated it only 4 stars. I got a 90 degree cable end so I could work with the small clearance between the wall and the TV, this big thing nearly defeats that purpose.-The cable is braided in red. It's kind of an eye-sore.

I only used this cable a few times, but the 90 degree connector came apart when I took it out of my TV. I didn't handle it roughly or abuse it at all, it just fell apart. In the garbage it went. It might've just been the cable they sent me, but the connectors are pretty lightweight plastic, so I'd be careful before ordering this product.

Started to use this cable about a year and a half ago. In the last 6 months, picture and/or sound are intermittently disrupted, leading me to question the "Very high quality" description. I would not buy this product again, and in fact will be looking for a truly "high quality" replacement elsewhere.

I purchased this item because our original HDMI cable protruded from the TV too far, preventing it from mounting flush to the wall. Consequently, we purchased this HDMI cable because it has a 90 degree bend on the one end. This allows our TV to mount flush on the wall. Moreover, they appear to be high quality cables and we haven't had any issues with them.

I like cables that are wrapped in material. This is a good cable. I can't say I see any difference in picture quality, but the cloth wrapped cable doesn't kink and it looks richer.

This style of HDMI cable with the 90-degree angle on one end works really well behind my TV - it definitely saves space over the traditional style connection. The cable itself is thick/sturdy/well insulated. Good buy.

Bought three cables and the end of the connector came off of one. Was going to be a three-star review, considering the price, but then the connector on the other end fell off as well. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy this product again.
