let me start by saying this blue deserves the "amplified" sticker even though its not that formula, I LOVE Manic Panic hair color, and I've been dying my hair since I was 8 years old, I stopped for a while last year and wen't 'normal' but almost lost my mind and now I'm happily an all-over shade of indigo :) This Blue Color for me Lasted FOREVER on bleached hair, I like to apply it to SLIGHTLY (very very slightly) damp hair, because it spreads further, and leave it on for at least an hour, if your doing partial application (streaks, underlayer, tips, etc) I would recommend putting it on dry hair and putting tin foil on it and walking around the house in it for a while, doing laundry watching a movie whatever it will last a good few weeks no problem. For those of you going for a light blue, go for the Atomic Turquoise OR dilute this with conditioner, if your going for the deep beautiful rich true blue with no greenishness, this is the color to use, the After Midnight Blue is darker than this one, and newly dyed can appear Black, but shocking blue is DEEP DEEP blue but still very very shocking :)

Last year I bleached the ends of my hair for an ombre effect (gradually fading to blonde at the ends from my natural dark brown), then used this blue dye over it. It worked wonderfully...vibrant peacock blue. It was easy to apply and lasted much longer than I expected. There were subtle changes in the color (most likely from the bleaching process rather than the dye) which were perfect for the effect I was going for. If I find a job that will allow fun colored hair again, I will absolutely buy this again.

This product was sent but never arrived to my house. Last I heard it was returned to the company and I STILL haven't received a refund after two months. I'm very disappointed!
