The material is wonderful and cozy, and it has a good design and attention to detail for the most part. However, the photo is misleading. This cardigan is not longer than it is wide. It is about as long as it is wide. That means the fit is boxy, baggy in the "wrong" areas, and unflattering. It's certainly not sleak and does not lend any slimmer appearance to a curvy, plus-size woman. I'm about 5'6 - this cardigan did not cover my rear. If you look at the photo, mentally subtract about 3 or 4 inches from the bottom (not the sleeves)...and then decide whether you want to buy it. I'm keeping mine for home wear, but I had intended it for career purposes.

I've shopped and looked everywhere for a plain and simple sweater to wear with button down Oxford shirts and short sleeved blouses that I can wear during the winter with a sweater. This has been the perfect sweater for me to do that! It's light enough to enhance the look of what is on under it. It conforms to whatever I'm wearing and maintains its original shape after washing. It has stretch and enough give to fit well over a heavier twill shirt or a crepe blouse just as well. It's simple and well made and the colors are compatible with everything I have had no problem with wrinkles.

Previously purchased this cardigan in blue as a gift for my 97 year old mom. She absolutely loved it and it looks so nice on her. She asked if it came in white, so she can wear it with more items!

Lands end used to carry a sweater just like this. I bought them for years. Then, they stopped having them. I’m delighted to find the sweater on Amazon. I have purchased one in navy, taupe and gray. They fit perfectly. I’m 5’1 “, so I require a petite size, also difficult to find. Amazon has the sweater in petite. I cannot find any fault with these sweaters. Soft comfortable cotton interlock knit. Perfection!

I gave this cardigan 5 stars because it is perfect for the transitional seasons where a fleece sweater is too warm. The knit fabric is soft to the touch but not droopy. This gives a semi-tailored appearance that would be good in a work place. The fabric is about twice as thick as a heavy-weight T shirt and holds shape well. I am 5'4" tall, 147 pounds. I usually wear a large but ordered a medium due to another review. The medium is body-skimming but not too tight over a light blouse. To wear over a heavier bottom layer I would need a large. During this summer season, I am wearing this cardigan when I leave the house in the morning and the weather is a little cool. Update: Since I kept reaching for this cardigan, I ordered 2 more in different colors in Large.

This is a nice quality sweater. I purchased it for my mother-in-law who is in a nursing home and always cold. It's a heavier weight than the cardigans which I have been purchasing from this company. I'm hoping it will withstand being laundered at the nursing home (the previous cardigans did not). So, time will tell.

Bought 2 UltraSofts Button-Front Knit Cardigans ... a Light Pink and a Navy ... for my mother in a nursing home. They are the perfect weight for lounging on cold days and/or air conditioning. Soft material, not too heavy and not to thin. Mom likes the buttons (vs snaps or zippers) and pockets for tissues. They wash and dry nicely. Mom wears PS size. Sleeves are a little long, but that's hard to gauge for every individual. She just rolls them up accordingly.

Very comfy, nice drape, not too heavy, mostly plan to use for work when it's chilly in the office or just need a little cover-up for cool days. I'm about 5'3", 143 lb, the medium fits well. Wish I had bought this first before wasting money on a different item that I like a lot less.
