Horrible service calling Northern International company
Wished I could give NO stars!! Horrible service calling Northern International company. Spoke with Ryan who is supposedly a manager (needs some serious training if he is) Remotes on the set are cheap and wont even last you 6 months if you use them more than at the holidays. These were a gift! Two sets and only will give a replacement if the receipt is provided. I offered to take pictures of the candles and the broken remotes (both the ON and OFF buttons have collapsed) - wouldn't accept that either. They know the remotes are cheap and break but make is so difficult to replace them. Oh but I can buy the remotes for $8 each plus shipping and handling .. might as well buy a whole new set!!! Just don't bother with this company... you will have problems.
