Sizing was tricky with this sleeve, especially for me since my thigh and calf measurements fit an XL, but my knee is a size M-L. Originally I was set to order a size L, but according to some reviews if I want a tight fit I should size down. So I ordered a Medium. A few days later my package came in and the wrong size was sent., instead I received an XL. I gave it a chance. The sleeves overall were thick and nice. When wearing them over tights, they slid around and I had to readjust between sets. I honestly could not find a perfect position, I really liked them high up, but they keep sliding down. Overall after a few sets I took them off.I am currently printing out the shipping label to return theses sleeves. The only pros I can think of are the cost, and the fact they kept my knees warm. Yes, I understand the size can affect the fit and feel, therefore I plan to reorder (and hopefully receive the right size) and update my review once they come in and I test them out.

I had to return these the minute I received them. I was looking for a sturdy supportive but THIN sleeve, these are very thick. So if you want something that's similar to a copper fit etc, these are not for you. I did try to put it on, I would say for sure get a size up, I couldn't even pull it up my knee. BUT I don't want anyone to think these are bad necessarily. They were very good quality, looked really nice. If you are looking for a really thick tight brace-like-sleeve, these might be perfect for you. Just not what I was looking for.

These are my first pair of knee sleeves I have tried and I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome. I used these for my WOD yesterday since I knew we were going to be doing some heavy squats. I was able to feel a significant change in the stability of my knee which in turn allowed me to increase the weight. I did not max out since my program is not focusing on strength building at the moment, but I can already see that by using these sleeves for my future workouts will allow me to push me to add more weight.

I certainly can't compare this knee sleeves to other brands because I've never wore any before. I'm a gym enthusiast (or like many say, a gym rat), and while I've never felt the need to wear any knee support, now that I'm building up my strength and increasing weight on my squats I felt it was a good idea to get some extra support since my squats are very deep.Whether it is a mental thing, these sleeves really work, or a combination of both, they have made a major difference during my squats, meaning, I noticed my legs seem more steady during the full range of motion, I am noticing my quads are engaging more in the belly of the muscle in comparison to the feeling I had closer to my knees. In general, I really like how they feel.

These arrived quickly, and exactly as advertised. Being a plus sized customer, fit was a concern, but the XL are snug and very supportive. The neoprene makes them pretty darned comfortable, too. Wife intends to use as a general support brace for knees, and these are exactly what I was looking for .... now she might be able to do competitive weight lifting, too!

These knee sleeves are very good quality and I am using to support my knees during physical therapy and walking and hiking. I am 62 and will not have a knee replacement until it's my last option. Osteoarthritis runs in my family and that's all I'm going to say about that.

I got these for my daughter. She was a cheerleader and now has pain in her knees when walking a lot. We spent all day at disneyland and she said they worked so good she could have walked even further. The support made all the difference for her and I'm so thankful. Now she can be active and not regret it later.

They help to relieve some of the pain!! Some times I wear them to bed! to help with leg cramps! Thanks Also I have been informed that I have osteoporosis! I wear them to offset the pain in my legs!! That's is all I can set on the matter! Have a wonderful day and God bless everyone! Woody
