Need just a little support from the seller to be satisfied
We purchased this computer to use in our church office. We like it, but the DVD player does not work and it was supposed to have WIN 10 Pro on it. It has WIN 7. The DVD player will not even open or retract (no light on in the front). Since I have already upgraded the computer with new software and RAM, I don't want to send it back and have to start all over again. If I could get the seller to send me another internal DVD player and a WIN 10 upgrade link? I can install it myself, and then I would be 100% satisfied!

Works as advertised. Needs the correct WiFi adapter
I am happy with this computer as a PC. I use Apple products like my iPhone mostly. I did have a problem at first getting on line by WiFi. It should come with a cheap WiFi adapter that this computer will recognize.I thought after my first adapter that I borrowed from a computer using Windows 20 that I had bought a brick. I then took an WiFi adapter off an old XP computer and this computer do work.
