Great Info
I do asana yoga but never got into Ayurveda but when I read that I was definitely a Pitta I got more interested. I will be using the tips and hacks in this book to complement my yoga and life practice. Easy read.

Very Helpful Resource Book for Individuals with Pitta Dosha/Constitution
I liked how this text explained elements of Pitta dosha, covered a Pitta pacifying lifestyle, diet and herbs, along with other items to help maintain our constitution in balance.

Misleading information & in need of an Editor
This book is full of contradictions and in need of editing. For a person wanting to learn about Yoga & Ayurveda this book would be terribly confusing. Here are some examples.Page 5 has a paragraph that out of the blue addresses the VATA constitution, not Pitta, for which this book is about - probably poor editing and left over from the VATA draft of the book.In the “ Foods to Avoid” section it includes Honey, Raw Onions, Pineapple, Cashews and fried food to name a few. However, in the Recipes & Pitta Pacifying Foods section those ingredients are included. So, do we avoid them or include them? Many of the yoga poses are mislabeled. The photo and description does not match the subtitle. The spacing is off. Someone just learning yoga could be misled on the names and descriptions of the poses. While there is some valid information in this book, the inconsistencies make me question the information. I will be returning this book for a full refund.
