Great starter pc for younger gamers just starting out!
We purchased the pc for our 11yr old son as an early 6th grade graduation gift. Easy to set up right out of the box, technical support was helpful when I Friday call regarding a sound question & it was great they didn’t have long hold time. Price was competitive to other sites I price compared to.It would be great if it came with speakers built into the pc, if that’s even possible, or even include a good quality headset with the pc instead of the keyboard or mouse. Most kids these days already have their mind set on specific keyboard and mouses they want to use with pc (some sort of mods or something lol). Overall very happy with the product and would recommend it to others.

Expensive light show
I bought this for my daughters birthday and out of the box there were issues. It powered on and the fans lit up…that was literally it. I hooked the monitor up directly to the hdmi port of the video card and the screen said no signal. There broken zip ties inside and a cover at the bottom of the unit was just sliding back and forth. Sent it back and found the upgraded model at Best Buy for the same price, took it out of the box and it works like it’s supposed to. I don’t know if this was failure of the computer, if it was something the seller did or if there was some invisible damage from shipping (no damage to the Amazon box or the computer box inside. Again I did buy another iBuypower prebuild from Best Buy and it’s fine.

Good pc, no problems
I wanted a pc and when i found it for this low of a price i got it and it is a powerfull pc i would reccomend any people getting their first pc to get this one

Pc is okay but some minor issues
The media could not be loaded. The pc is alright for gaming and quality but the fans are defective and rgb fusion 2.0 isnt doing the right job displays the wrong colors

Don’t Waste Your Money
We bought this computer last month and within just a couple of weeks of having it, it died completely. After a lot of trial and error from the ibuypower website, we discovered it was the PSU that was bad. We set up to have a replacement PSU sent to us from the company, but even two weeks after paying for the new PSU it still hasn’t been sent to us. Take the extra step and buy yourself a computer that will last longer than a couple of weeks.
