I have now baked 2 cakes using this Zero bake, 1 cherry and 1 chocolate. The cherry cake was very nice but slightly heavier than a one made with normal sugar. Both tasted very nice. I am a diabetic so it is nice to bake cakes that I can eat without my sugar levels going high, I will be purchasing more bags to bake with.Also quick delivery very happy with service.

Was very sceptical but this is amazing my partner is diabetic and by baking with this it doesn't affect his blood sugars would recommend to anyone xx

If you love to bake I'm diabetic so was thrilled to be able to bake and be sugar free, this ruined three of my tried and tested gluten free recipes one for sponge which unlike my usual soft and fluffy ones this had a hard shell round it, wasn't good on its own we ended up making custard and had it as a pudding, only lasted till the day after had to bin it my usual one lasts at least four days that's if everyone has snaffled it first, I thought I'd make shortbread biscuits they were hard as rock and grainy wouldn't melt even though I dunked one for 2 whole minutes so I thought I'd make my ginger nuts what a waste usually they spread and are crispy like they should be this time didn't melt properly and are like gingerbread which I don't really like, won't be able to dunk those and I kept lowering the time to cook but burned anyway, only difference in all my recipes was this sugar, I've wasted loads of ingredients, cos they've gone in the bin I suspect these "ginger nuts" will be confined to the bin as well, I wouldn't mind but it's like insult to injury when you take into considering the cost of the thing to start with.

This product states that it can be used like to like as normal caster sugar (same amount). That was not the case in my trials. Tried making cookies and fruit scones (both recipes I have made several times before with ordinary caster sugar). Neither were sweet enough, or had the same consistency as when made with normal sugar. I imagine you could easily experiment to work out how much extra you needed to get the same results, but as £8 a bag, I am not gonna do that. Still tasted OK, but not a direct swap!

Delivered exactly on time. Super suger replacement for baking. Been trying for cheesecake and is doing it's job. No difference with taste.
