This is a great faucet. I looked a long time at big ...
This is a great faucet. I looked a long time at big box and on amazon before I bought it. The only thing I don't like is the water falls straight down and I wanted it to angle out toward the front some. I was fooled by the faucet having an angled nose but the insert in the nozzle points straight down. The water stream is parallel with the faucet body. Other than that I would highly recommend it. Seems to be excellent quality and the instructions / graphics were some of the best I have seen. I bought it because it was tall but not 12" like a vessel sink faucet and I had a low sink and used the faucet to compensate for height rather than raise the sink top. If you install the three hole cover, even if you don't need it, it increases the height another 1/2 inch. I liked that. It was a replacement for an older model. I had no problems with the install. Have used a lot of Delta products and have never been disappointed. Should have done a little more research because having the water flow angle out was important to me. Would definitely buy Delta again. Don't waste your money on a cheap faucet. You can get repair parts for this Delta if you need them.

When I opened it I considered returning it because it seemed poor quality, kind of wish I did
As I own rental properties I've properly installed 2-3 dozen bathroom faucets. This is without a doubt the poorest quality faucet I've ever installed. The drain assembly is all plastic and very low quality. The metal clip used on the pop-up assembly is so flimsy it just just gets pushed off instead of operating the drain stopper, I'll need to replace it with something more rigid. When I opened it I considered returning it because it seemed poor quality, kind of wish I did. I've bought much higher quality Hansgrohe, Wateridge, and Kohler faucets from Costco for around $70-80. Unfortunately they only have it in brushed nickel or chrome and I need ORB for this application. If I had to do it again I'd spend $40-50 more and get something higher quality. That being said it's installed and I'm not replacing it...

Could be better
See the picture. While the body of the faucet is metal and substantial, as others have said, there are some plastic parts which don't inspire confidence. I installed it in a powder room vanity and it lasted 10 months. No clue how or why, but the plastic flange broke letting the pipe slide down and allowing water to seep out into the vanity. Couldn't tell because from the top it looked fine. Wasn't untill the hand towels started to get musty in the vanity that we noticed. You can also see the bronze coating has worn off on the drain stopper. Bought a "REGALMIX Vessel Sink Drain,Bathroom Pop-up Drain With Detachable Basket Stopper, Anti-Explosion And Anti-Clogging Drain Strainer, Sink Drain Assembly" to replace the failed drain. This new one was 22.00 on amazon and is all metal; the drain flange is part of the down tube, so I don't expect any breaks.

Very stiff non-replaceable water hoses make installs dicey...
I’m sure this is a decent faucet, everything I’ve ever bought with a Delta label has been solid. I don’t like their new VERY stiff water hoses. It’s great they are already attached to the inner portion of the faucet, but it ends there. These hoses are so stiff, they are hard to work with. Instructions say to only loop excess length no tighter than an 8” circle. What? That’s hard to do, takes-up a lot of hose, and space. If that isn’t workable, Delta says to cut the hoses yourself (but the cut better be perfectly straight!) and go from there. These hoses are not user replaceable. So, I returned it and got a faucet with braided stainless steel hoses that are far easier to deal with in odd installs...

Difficult to adjust water temperature
The handle is very stiff when moving left and right to adjust water temperature. When the handle is in the middle and a change of water temperature is desired, I have to just tap the handle a fraction to the left or right to go from very hot to ice cold. Why make a valve this sensitive when the handle can be moved much farther to the left/right. In accordance with the instructions, I removed the handle and adjusted the movement tab so the handle was not able to move the total distance right or left. This did not improve the situation when attempting to adjust the water temperature from the center position--still could only move the handle an extremely small fraction to go from real hot to real cold.

First time Replacing - Easy to Do - Looks Great
As a first time home owner, I have learned to repair many common issues. This was the first time I attempted to replace a faucet.Directions were easy to follow, all the parts were easy to locate and place in the proper place. The only step not explicitly explained in the directions (it is shown in a picture) is for the three hole, there is a piece which goes under the faucet and on top of the face plate. I did not see this piece used for the three hole. Upon completion, I was curious where it went and felt something was missing on the new faucet because some aligning bracket was visible; I thought that strange.Went back and reread EVERYTHING. Found a picture showing the little oval piece where I felt something was missing. However, there is no mention in the wording to place this piece prior to attaching the face plate.Since I struggled with the drain assembly, I was not about to take everything apart in order to put the piece on. It is more for aesthetics. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and it did bother me at first. If the time comes when I need to take it apart for whatever reason, I will be sure to add the ring.Overall, looks great, love the ease of attaching the new hoses (although not very flexible at all), and having just one water/temp controller over the old two independent ones for hot/cold.

Internal parts are plastic
The media could not be loaded. Had faucets installed by plumber less than 3 months ago. Full water pressure causes plastic aerator to pop out. All attempts to tighten with tool provided and even trying to add plumber tape to ensure tighter fit have failed. No matter how long I screw it back in, I get no resistance so appears to be stripped, but how, is a mystery to me.

Very low intermittent flow
Not pleased at all with this faucet, we had the plumber install it and it has a very low flow, intermittent, very little transition space to go from cold to hot water which makes it difficult to adjust and aesthetically looks very tall. Unfortunately I can’t return it because it’s already installed.
