The needles are Dull
I ordered a 10 pack and the needles are way dull. I opened 4 packs before realizing I was duped. .y original pen came with the 16 pin needle and worked great. They are a waste of money because they do nothing. I'm also worried how/why they are dull. Are they used?

They work
Product came packaged and needles protected. I have used only a few but they work just fine so far but its best to make sure the cartridges are stuck tight in place before turning on the dr. Pen. It can very easily be place in the Dr.Pen M8 wrong, which if out of place, could get jammed while using the Pen. I love how the Dr. Pen M8 has much smaller needles, better for the skin however, the price is high for a 10-pack of cartridges'.
