Very bad quality products are sold by Amazon.
Defective products are sold by Amazon. My phone is charging very slow and battery is draining very fast. Nobody visited from the Amazon team to address the issue and replace the product. I will inform my friends and relatives to never buy any product from Amazon.

All Micromax IN series stock android phones are far better and safe than flagship popular phones with trackers & spyware.This phone is no exception.Not as a Indian brand only, by virtue and performance quality it deserve 5stars.Extreme level of freedom given by Micromax. Even you can disable & substitute Google's Phone & SMS app with more privacy friendly open source dialer & messaging app.The only con I've found is battery backup. Either Micromax have to improve better power management of software or provide a more powerful cell with more fast charging.It's unfortunate that I had to bye this set from Flipkart, as in Amazon there is no exchange offer even no new phone of IN series is available till now !!As per my 7yrs shopping experience Amazon's exchange offers are most (if not only) transparent one. I'm always looking for them, and it's shrinking rapidly. 😥
