I use magnesium spray on my stomach to help make me regular as well as magnesium citrate pills. I want my daughter to be regular since that’s so important which is why I got this. No itching or burning of any kind and it has helped her go poo more 👍🏼 (It makes you naturally regular- it doesn’t work like a laxative or cause discomfort)

It seemed to help my son sleep a little better but it started to grow mold inside the bottle within a few weeks so I had to throw the bottle out.

Still burned my sons skin so he won’t let me use it. Just like the ones made for adults. No difference don’t waste money on it.

Every time I use this product, my son sleeps heavy. Not itchy at all. Great purchase!!

While I can see how this is beneficial, it still stings and costs more than the "adult" one that stings anyway. Won't buy it again.

Use on both myself and son works great in calming and relaxing before bed
