I ordered this for a relative + had it shipped to me instead of shipping to them for Xmas because I wanted to see it first. First of all, it had a due date for shipping as late as 12/24, but it got here super fast 3 days after I ordered, so that was the first nice surprise (thanks Stir Crazy Gifts!). When I opened it I was super pleased - I was worried about the quality, but this mug appears as very nice quality and does not look "cheap" at all. The lettering and the mug color are great, and I am so happy with this purchase + the super fast shipping, I've just ordered another for another relative for (this) Xmas! (PS The mug is most definitely "regular" coffee mug size - I think that most mugs on the market nowadays are so large that those who have complained here about the mug being "small" forget that this size truly is "regular" size and used to be the primary size + about the only size available for mugs 20-30 years ago, LOL.)
