This underwear is comfortable and I personally didn't have any problem with the coldness. The first couple of minutes or so is a bit painful, then it's pleasantly cool for about 20 minutes, after which thTe patch has basically reached body temperature.But I had my testosterone and fertility checked after using this product 2-3 hrs per day for 3 months and there was no difference. It neither raised my testosterone, nor improved my sperm quality / motility / count. So I would conclude that it's basically useless in terms of fertility.If you're balls feel warm for whatever reason this product might provide some relief - but it will not improve your fertility. For me - it was a false hope.One more thing - the cold patches tend to cause moisture to accumulate through condensation and this can lead to risk of penis infection. I ended up with thrush from wearing these things several hours a day and had to get a topical anti-biotic from the pharmacy.Finally, one of the 3 frozen gel packs split after about 2 months so they are not as robust as you might think.
