This product works far better than I expected. Strong suction long battery life. Works great on whiteheads and blackheads better than any product I've tried. Cleaning the suction device is so simple and I feel it is very sanitary following the directions .There are tools that are useful will probably need down the road. Winter time for me there are ingrown hairs on the neck. They can be painful. These tools make it simple and painless to remove.

I have had what at this point basically amounts to an impacted blackhead on my upper arm - it's so bad that the pore is a gaping hole, easily visible to the naked eye, and the area around said pore-hole is somewhat swollen and tender to the touch. The only reason I ever go to any sort of aesthetician is for laser hair removal, though, and while I bet they could have addressed this ages ago, I always forget to ask. I literally dreamt of some vacuum thing, and then came across this: voila! I did take a nice hot bath and made sure it was steamy for ten minutes, and probably thank goodness, I did - and then I proceeded to go at it with full force - we all know this is bad, but I didn't care - the good news is this thing did it's job: it started sucking away the gross pus after a few seconds (which honestly is faster than I expected, given the years-long attachment this gunk had to me). I know there's more in there, but I also could no longer ignore that the process was literally skinning me alive - hah. I don't fault the gadget - I knew I was going too strong to start - I do think that it could have a smoother edge, but I also know that given the suction, there's really no smoothness that would prevent what happened if you move it around, as indicated. I don't regret it - and as soon as my skin is somewhat OK again, I know what I will do: use plastic medical tape, poke a hole, position the hole on top of my pore-hole and then suck away to my heart's content. The plastic tape will keep my skin safe, and I can get the rest of this crap out of me! Can't wait. Highly recommend, and once I'm done with this project, I'll see what else this little treasure of a gadget can do for me... ;-)

I like the attachments, its easy to clean, comes in great packaging but I didnt think the suction was to strong like some reviewers stated. I think some of the battery operated ones are a lot stronger but i think at a full charge the suction is good but not to much to where its damaging to the skin. Its worth the investment. You save yourself money just in buying a rechargable black head cleaner. I like it and i find myself using it several times a week after a hot sauna or shower.

UPDATE: They're asking me to delete the negative comment for a $10 Amazon gift card. I will not lie. It's a crappy China-made product. Save your money!I ordered this product despite the negative reviews. I know sometimes sometimes there are lemons. This product is made in China and is a total piece of garbage, it even feels cheap, the plastic casing is loose and you can feel it shift in your hands right it if the box. I don't know if they're sending 2 different products to people, but the one I received is horrible. It came to us fully charged this morning, but when I turned it on there was nothing. The directions are a joke, they tell you nothing in words, it's all pictures. I watched a video here to make sure I was doing it right and I was. So, I thought there was a possibility I was reading a false full charge and charged it to see if it would turn on. After an hour there was still nothing, so I tried with it plugged in and still nothing. The only thing I can say that was good about this purchase is that Amazon agreed to refund my money right away.

The media could not be loaded.  The first one I purchased died after 3 times but they replaced it for me no problem. This one has lasted much longer (almost 8 months at this time) and I love it. I use it mostly to extract buildup from my skin so it stays clear. The suction power is incredible. It works great. It comes with metal tools but I don’t use them, but they’re great if you like using those types of things.I recommend this to anyone looking to keep this skin in good condition.

I find that even at max suction it isn’t exactly strong enough for trouble areas. Wish it was more powerful. The tools it comes with are nice though!

This thing Works!! I send this link to everyone who asks me and even those who don't haha about my skin care habits. It truly sucks great and actually cleans out your pores. You do have to be careful though, it will bruise you if you're not careful. I DO NOT have sensitive skin and do not bruise easily and when I first used this I turned it up as high as I could and it did leave small bruises on me. That was obviously my fault. I love this product

This thing sucks, and not in the ways you'd hope! It's more likely to bruise your skin than cleanse it.When researching this product, I had read several reviews stating that the at-home versions are inefficient. I wish I had listenened, but the Amazon reviews provided on this particular product made me think this one would work.Save your money here and leave it to the professionals who have legitimate tools that are actually effective and gentle.

I've tried this 5 times having had and used one religiously before. I just get bruises on my face which is so embarrassing. I've played around with the power settings too but can't get it right, too low nothing comes out of my skin- increase the suction = hello bruises and I keep it moving too I used to use one of these once a week religiously for years

I just got mine today. It actually works for me! It really cleaned pores and blackhead on my nose. I like this product. It’s good to mention that it didn’t left bruise on my skin.

Save your money there was very minimal suction. This product did not work at all.
