I have tried other brands of cotton gauze over the years and this is the best. I need the big pack because I wrap around some of my toes, my toenails always were sensitive to rubbing on shoe and I am not diabetic either. This is softer and thicker than other brands. Stays on my toes under socks without any tape, it clings to itself. Feels pretty breathable too. It is thicker than others. Toe caps don't stay on for me.
