We bought a pair of these faucets and recently installed them on our new vanity. They work easily and smoothly, and are a vast improvement over our old faucets. Installation was easy using the tool (wrench) that came with the units. For our installation, we had to shorten the supply lines, but the included plastic sleeves (ferulles) work very well. If you do have to cut the factory ends off, just remember to mark your supply lines for hot or cold because the factory ferrules (red & blue) are how you identify the lines.

This faucet looks beautiful with my new sink and shower. The only drawback is that the water lines are narrower than standard. This caused slight trouble clearing the lines of sediment, since my water had been off for a couple weeks during remodeling. The plumber said I would experience the same issue any time settlement was there due to the narrow water lines. However, since installation, I've had no issues. I am content with this purchase, so far.

Four stars overall for a very good quality, well-designed faucet, with a lifetime warranty. Installation is easier than many faucets because the Pex water supply lines are long, and do not require separate faucet connection lines. But, one star deducted for marginal Delta customer service.Be sure to check any Delta products for defects as soon as you receive them from Amazon. I bought 6 Delta Ashlyn faucets to install in a new home. I did not discover that one was defective until 10 months after receipt of the shipment, because that bathroom was not ready for finish plumbing until then. Discovery of the defect was, therefore, long after Amazon's return deadline, so I was left with Delta's lifetime warranty. Amazon returns have been smooth and prompt in the past. Obtaining warranty service from Delta is much more painful. Delta's Customer Service 800 line is understaffed, so you wind up on "eternahold" for 45 minutes or longer before you get to talk to a person. To add insult to injury, the first person I spoke with asked me to send photos, then promised to call me back within the hour. She did not. So, the next day I waited on hold for another 45 minutes, then finally got connected to another person who reviewed the photos, and ultimately agreed to ship a replacement faucet, honoring the lifetime warranty.Overall, we are very pleased with the quality and ease of installation of our Delta Ashlyn faucets. I hope Delta is paying attention to Amazon reviews, and will take steps to improve its customer service to benefit future customers.

I bought these for our master bath. I got some cheap ones for our other bathroom and these are much better. I like the single hole design and you can just tell they are good solid quality. Water stream is nice and strong too. Would buy again!

The media could not be loaded.  I chose this Delta single handle faucet for my new bathroom remodels. We went from a dual handle faucet to this for ease of use. I chose the chrome finish because we had brushed nickel in the bathrooms for the past 10 years and I wanted a timeless look. I love how solid and sturdy it is.

Had a contractor install this faucet and deck plate in 2nd bath. Before installing I put a coat of Meguiar's car wax on the whole exterior. The finish ends up ultra smooth and more water resistant. Only two negatives - (1) it's very loud, and (2) the aerator must be present at all times, and tightened firmly. Otherwise you'll have major leakage back though the post onto the sink and through the base down to the floor. The blue plastic key is the aerator tool.

Bought the matte black and the polished chrome. Very happy with both choices. Simple, modern, and easy to clean!

As soon as I installed this, there was a huge leak under the faucet handle. Returned and getting another one, so I am hoping the second one works better. If it does, I’ll change my review!
