Samsung QLED responded poorly to this remote and some functions not at all. Truly odd that some of the apps we had installed on the TV didn’t show up when using this remote. Better than none (ours was lost) but glad I had ordered a different manufacturer’s as well (in preparation for the next misplacement) because that one worked MUCH better and was only a few dollars more.

This remote gets the job done eventually. The center button and the forward button only work 20% of the time. I have to mash it 10 times before it will work (the center button is like the “ok” button). Its horrible to try to look through YouTube videos on the tv. I hate the remote. Its gets SO aggravating. Will more than likely order a different remote and use this one as a backup ONLY if I have to. Disappointed with this purchase.

Remote is a little slow to respond also have to sync it from time to time also gotta press the buttons a little hard and point at the tv but it does it’s job
