At first it worked great, better than I expected!!!First issue, on the description it states it will support up to a 128gb memory card, nope! Won't support anything bigger than a 32gb. Not a problem, I can deal with that.NEXT, motion notification cut out intermittently. I would have to turn the motion off then on to reset it. Annoyed at this point, but again I can deal with it.NOW the camera is offline, not recording and can't see the camera view. Tried resetting it, reinstalling the camera on the app... nothing!As you can tell I am very patient and understanding person. At this point I contact the black label service, which I might add was AMAZING. They sent me a 16gb memory card when I had my first issue, free of charge. With my other issues they went over with me step by step to try and fix them. No such luck!All of this happened over a 3 week period, I really wanted to like this camera!I gave it 2 stars because when it was working it was great. And the customer service was so quick to respond and help out.

Update 3:Now we're talking. Firmware update seems to have fixed issues. Scheduled alerts, motion detection, and recording. Good work!Update 2: After less than a year, it shuts down on its own after a day. The software is very bare bone, no scheduling. I would recommend you pass on this one, the quality just isn't there, short of junk.Just received the unit and I'll try to leave a detailed and fair review.I'll start with the pros. It was very easy to setup with the Blacklabel software, and it worked right away with home wifi and mobile data. No need to setup proxies etc. The quality is pretty good, what you would expect from a camera at that price, very clean and sharp on WIFI. The UI layout is pretty simple and well organized.Now for the cons, this is a $55 camera, I didn't expect a metal shell, but the plastic built and feel is very cheap. Everything feels loose.I also wouldn't buy this for its remote head features. The control through software is painfully slow, takes 4 finger flicks to barely move the camera.It does have an auto spin feature as well as up and down. The auto spin gets stuck half the time and freezes.There are also no zones or scheduling available for motion detection which makes that feature hard to like. I will try to set it up with a third party and update.

We bought two of these cameras. The cameras seem to work pretty well. However, from time to time one or the other goes "Offline" and I can find no reason for it. At this point, the only solution seems to be to unplug it and plug it back in. Bought an SD card for each one and it records all the time. Also you are able to connect to the cameras when away from home, something another camera we bought and returned would not allow. Just wish there were an easy way to put it outside. Looking through a window creates reflections. Not intended for outside use.

This camera is great, the phone app takes a lit bit of learning, but it works.We use it to check on our dogs when we are out.Camera can be moved up down and side to side.Image can be magnified.Can listen and talk trough camera and phone app.Low lighting works well.Download app to phone and start paring.Camera walks verbally through procedure, before I could go to next step, camera and phone were connected.If you turn camera off, you will need to pair all over again. I just leave it on all the time.Really like the performance for the price.I see others having problems, Not sure if it is mentioned, but do go to manuf. web site.YMMV

I purchased this camera 4 months ago, for the first few weeks it worked fine. It then started going offline ever 2 days or so, I would unplug it and plug it back in and it worked fine. I upgraded from 8gig to a 32gig memory card and when I picked up the camera I discovered that it was extremely hot on the bottom. I used a infrared thermometer and found it to be 189 degrees Fahrenheit. I contacted support who said they knew there was an issue and they were working on it. They suggested updating the firmware, which didn't fix the problem. When it worked it was great and I almost bought another one. Now I have a camera that is either not working or unsafe to use for fear of fire.

I could never get the live feed to function properly. I'm a network engineer for one of the biggest telecommunications companies in south Florida. I have built huge IP networks for hotels and condo assoc.. I have dealt with almost every form of IP camera on the market. And this one was the only one I couldn't get to function properly.It would work fine if we stayed in palm beach county. I could see and move the camera with no issues. But if we flew to Nc to see family, it wouldn't work at all. I tried everything throughout several trips, vpn's, different routers, cellular 4g vs wifi. Nothing worked! Unfortunalty it was beyond the return period so I just gave it to my neighbor.

Works wonderful! I love it! Sensitive enough to catch the leaves blowing outside the window across the room during a really bad wind storm! I actually came home from work to close my curtains!

It's ok when it works. I lose my presets nearly every other time I log in. Very spotty electrical plug connection in back of camera. You have to "jiggle" it in order to get connectivity, listening to an electrical "spark" as you do it. Unfortunately, I'm past the return/exchange date to do anything about it, which is my fault. Would NOT recommend!
