Very sturdy, high quality for serving snacks in. They are a little too short of hotdogs but great for snacks & appetizers!!!!!
This tray is amazing for the price. We purchased these for a free will donation hotdog feed for a friend of ours. We got this size because we had a company that donated potato chips in the family size bags. This tray was the perfect size to serve the potato chips in. This particular tray is not quite long enough for serving hotdogs in but we had never intended it for that anyway but If that is what you are thinking about using them for they are just a little too short.I personally think that these felt stronger then the white and red strip ones that we are used to. There is not that waxy coating on these either so they can recycled if you have that option available in your area. Without the waxy coating your initial concern would be serving potato salad or beans in these with it still holding up, I honestly don't think you would have to be concerned. You can't serve soup in these but in a pinch I bet you could serve a thick chili or stew in them.We are going to start using these at all of our family get togethers where there is food involved and people walking around. There is a much less likelihood of any one tipping and spilling these like you have with a plate.Otherwise, very sturdy, high quality and there is 1,000 of them!!!! Way easier than dealing with plates of bags for the chips.

Smells like a brown paper sack/bag wen wet
This small size is perfect for feeding kitty cats 2,3,4 x's a day then recycle tray ...however, unlike the typical bleached white trays, these smell like a brown paper sack/bag wen wet, which is kinda strong & might interfere with kitty's sense I'dof smell. ๐ค Since I buy these specifically to feed my cats, I won't b buying them again. They do hold up very well tho, I just don't like the smell!

WORKS FINE FOR AN UNCOATED TRAY--BOTTOM GETS SOGGY QUICKLY WITH MOISTURE FROM FOODS
For the price, this tray is fine, however, the cardboard absorbs liquid very easily. We bought these trays to use for foster and feral cats and purchased uncoated to be more environmentally friendly. However, pretty quickly, wet cat food makes the bottom soggy. As long as the animal eats with no delay, that is not a problem. In our case, we feed wet food because of the importance of adding water to the cat's diet because cats often don't drink enough water on their own, so I would prefer that the cardboard be less absorbent. It would probably work fine for dry foods and human snacks such as nuts.

They work very well
We don't use these for fries. We are cat trappers for a trap/neuter/return organisation. These are sturdy trays. They stand up well to wet cat food. We use lots of them, as we have done over 400 cats this year. We also use these to feed community cat colonies. They are sturdy enough to be used for multiple days sometimes. They are highly recommended.
