Smooth
This pen writes very smoothly. The grip is comfortable. Please be aware that the medium is more like a broad nib, If you don’t want broad, this pen is not for you.

Ink goes quickly!
As much as I actually really love the way this pen writes for journaling…I wrote a total of 11.5 pages before the ink ran out. I think a standard ball point is a better option. I can't justify spending $18 on a pen that runs out of ink so fast or the refill price. I'm bummed for sure.

I was so excited only to be let down by permanent ink. Absolute garbage, do not buy. Ruined my reusable journal.
