Gorgeous item. Absolutely loved it. It arrived a little bent but the wires were easy to bent back into place. Not sellers fault that the delivery drivers probably had a bang around the van with the boxes. Overall top product

Arrived today and broken. Tried to return but seller said I had to go back to Amazon which I did. Amazon then redirected me back to seller. So after 20 minutes of frustration took it out and put in my bin. Neither Amazon or seller helped so don’t buy

The lamp arrived bent and the box wasn’t damaged at all so it was obviously pushed into the box. The little tartan ribbon fell off when I took it from the box and won’t stick back on. They’re problems that I easily fixed but still I don’t expect to have to fix things I just bought.

Very lightweight box for delivery. Few bits broken off but glued them back on. Looks lovely

Not worth the money very flimsy could not have outside as would blow over however instructions say not for outdoor use but product sale doesHard to get battery compartment open took out of plastic and decorations fell off

I use it in my window as a Christmas feature but was a bit disappointed that the Christmas decoration that it displays was not with the item
