I bought this for my brother to use in the hospital and he loves them. I was worried because they were not a brand that I had heard of before. But taking a chance actually paid off. The performance is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone trying to save some money.

Used for home barbershop during Pandemic.Loved it - but it would no longer charge/or work plugged in - after inadvertant drop on porcelain floor.

covid haircuts are now being done by my wife so even though the cost was more than others, it paid for itself in just 6 months. i am confident i will have these for years with little or no repairs or failures.

A very nice beard trimmer though I would say that the accessories are a little bit on the chintzy side. First major item of note though is that the instruction manual at its best is vague in some areas and absolutely useless in others. The useless aspect of the manual is with regards to its instructions as to removing the blade assembly for cleaning and then reinstalling the blades. You are definitely on your own there. And then there is the frustrating act of actually removing the blade assembly. Merely pushing the blades off as the manual directs you just isn't going to happen. I found myself wedging two wide blade screw drivers between the blade assembly and the trimmer housing to pop the blades off. A cumbersome feat at best as it is difficult to hold the trimmer while prying from opposite sides of the blade assembly with just two hands! But then the best is always reserved for last and that would be the joyful task of figuring out how the blade snaps back into the trimmer housing. I managed it twice over the past year, but finally became so frustrated this last time (a mere fifteen minutes ago), that after sailing into the exterior wall of my brick house at about 40 MPH, the piece of crap is now destined for the electronics recycling bin at my place of employment.

I've had this now for over a year and I love it!!! No issues what so ever. It is still as sharp as the day I bought it. I love the storage / charging caddie it comes with and have no issues with it keeping a charge. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beard trimmer.
