They are 1 1/2" long and 1 1/2" at the widest part. The top is 1/4". They are a little thicker than a dime. The material seems to be some type of plastic that is painted. I am satisfied with them for the price.

Bought for a friend to wear during our town festival. She at first said they were ugly, but she did wear them and said they were kind of cute.
