Bought 2 pdts from this brand and received today. There is no expiry nor manufacture labels on the products. Why?

I wish it had more of the medicinal smell instead of the waxy smell but it is decent. It came hardened as expected because it is a solid when cold. I did melt it down because these things do settle in the winter and will dry and crack but I have smelled real shea butter and I don't know if the people who make this were forced to alter the formula because of complaints or not but I would love to experience a crude and raw shea butter because true shea butter has the most medicinal properties. Refined shea butter does not. It is wonderfully soft though and after the first melt and resettle, I will see if the natural essence returns. If not no big deal, I can still use this for my skin. The fats are healthy and it clearly has plenty of fat in it. You can always add a drop of essential if the smell is a problem. Organic is not prepackaged perfection.

I'm really satisfied with this purchase. After considering other shea butter postings, I chose to buy this mostly because the other providers couldn't deliver in my timeframe (by Christmas Eve). But I saw the ratings for this versus others were only slightly lower.This was a stocking-stuffer Christmas present for my wife. But unlike any other stocking-stuffer present I've ever given her, she's already complimented it four times in less than a day.After my wife's compliments, I finally just had to smell it and rub it on my hands. There was a small bit of a "gamey" smell, but pretty faint. And I sneeze at the drop of a hat if there is almost any smell hanging in the air. I'm not going to lie - I did not find the smell of the shea butter exactly pleasant as I used it. (My young daughter and I both agreed that the smell has elements like "the part of a craft market or store that old people seem to like." BUT - two things: 1) I had absolutely no dry eyes, sneezing, or other allergy-type reaction to it, and 2) if you appreciate everything else about the shea butter except for its smell, shea butter can be mixed with many other things to arrive at a homemade lotion, etc. that fits your needs.Any residual smell seems to have left my hands within less than 30 minutes anyway. I'm a fan of this product as well as this seller. I'll plan on buying from the seller again. Thanks!

Yaass honey! A good deal for your buck. I love how it's fresh and the shipping was great. I didn't know it's good for sore muscles until I read this label. I put it on my shoulders and I felt so much better. But the problem I'm having now, is that my batch is now molded. Idk if that's normal or what. Did this happen to anyone else?
