Overwhelmingly bitter flavor with alarmingly strong back of the throat sting. Also wonderfully grassy nose and flavor. It's all a sign of super high antioxidant content but I'll be eating this oil (if I can even bare to) for my health, NOT for enjoyment. It's a phenomenal oil but unpalatable in my opinion. I wish I'd known as I would not have purchased it. It has me spitting and hacking every time I try it. Kids won't touch anything it goes into.

This olive oil is the best that I have ever used. It is so fresh and makes salads wonderful. I started with on bottle late last year but went with 2 bottles this year. The costly part is the shipping but it arrives well packed and perfect by USPS.

Unheated not above 96 degrees which makes for the best olive oil. The other seasonal stuff I have been getting for years. This is supposed to be a special one harvested during the ideal time for the olive. It's nice, but about 1.3rd more expensive. So if you want to pay more for a bit better product you can get it. But the regular season is good too.

I use this for cooking and smoothies. I have used other olive oil harvets from this orchard in the past. Good price for what you get. This is a great olive oil to mix with a couple of herbs and spices and soft up with some toasted crisp bread.

The absolute best will always buy this brand and try different types.true olive oil only California grown and pressed I will buy most all others are fake!!!used trader Joe's,excellent but this is a bit better fresher tasting yummmmmmm peppery dipping I use for gall bladder cleanse.so pure!!!I.lovve it.you will to.check tube about fake olive oil...you'll run to this brand!!

This is an excellent quality olive oil. It has a spicy bite to it, which I quite like, especially when paired with an arugula salad. I've been experimenting with different olive oils and this is a top quality olive oil you can enjoy right from the bottle. I'll be purchasing this again for sure.

I took some to my barber, who is from Sicily. I didn't show him the bottle but justt said to try it. His face lit up in a smile and he said, "This tastes just like the fresh pressed olive oil you would buy at a roadside stand by a farm back home!" I think the extra flavor of the Early Harvest oil is much better than the normal oil . A little goes a long way.

I LOVE Bariani olive oil and have used it for years. I especially the green label oil pictured here. It is more expense than their white label. I am rating this one star review because, although the photo is of green label, the product received is white label. Buyer beware.
