Nose and head much less stuff within minutes
I can't make any claims about use for weight management, food cravings, lowering blood pressure or what appears to be a misplaced review for marshmallow skewers. But, I can corroborate that this helps me immensely with my overall stuffiness. I have been taking this for about a month now first thing in the morning and at night. Within a few minutes (especially in the AM) my nose is essentially clear. I feel as though the Trikatu may also aid in digestion...but hard to tell since I take an enzyme and drink coffee.But if you tend to have a stuffy nose, I would encourage you to give this a try...works for both wife and me.

Great company- expect great results
I give 5 ^ because I trust this company & they haven’t let me down. I don’t order from the website because I’m impatient. They have great return policy. I don’t agree with their review policy. You’ll understand if you visit the site!I hope this works. I’ll update. It’s a weird hot. I think it’s the ginger. If you are not used to ginger use less & more water. I have more than 8oz & 1/4 tsp with honey (not on directions) it’s just hot!!!I’m used to ginger! I drink ginger tea all the time. I’m not a seasoned ginger person. I don’t boil ginger or cook with it.I really think this will get the gunk out of my body.

A integral ingredient
Trikatu Powder is an integral ingredient, along with Tumeric and Bozwellia that form the basis of my daily anit-inflammation herbal supplement. It has cured me of my ailment; polymyalgia rheumatica.

an old ayurvedic digestion formula
it has 3 ingredients,,,ginger root,,black pepper fruit, pippali fruit,,,is in a nice plasic jar,,i just shake a little on my soup or some food,,but directions suggest to put 1/4 to 1/2 tsp.in warm water and drink,,,,i sprinkle just a little on food,,,it has a heating quality to it I can feel that improves the agni in stomach for digestion,,,i take this formula because it is recommended in Ayurveda,,the Banyan brand is a very trusted brand for people wanting herbs and such formulas,,,
