There's not a bad taste, but they'll dissolve pretty quickly. Works good for the action needed

I will be rewriting my review after seeing how well it works. But my first thoughts are, the capsule aren’t near as big as I thought they were going to be, the minty taste is outstanding, and last after you take them, so no nasty after taste. And they were like ridiculously easy to swallow. They floated to the top of my mouth after I got my mouth full of water, and I didn’t even feel them when I swallowed. 10/10 so far. I’m really hoping these will help regulate me.Update: after about a week of taking these, I realized that for the first time in 4 years I wasn’t bloated. My IBS symptoms are easing up. I am getting pretty regular. There is no stomach cramping. Will definitely keep my subscription.

I found this works better than any other product I've tried. I've tried alot. Rae has a refreshing smell and taste plus it's middle of the road pricing. The only down fall....is I'm having trouble purchasing it now. Either it's so popular they can't keep it stocked or they quit making it.

I've been hearing that daily use of probiotics are imperative for health as we get older and decided to purchase these pre + probiotic supplements. When being swallowed, the supplements have a minty taste, which is great for me because I love anything minty. They work great to regulate gut health and I absolutely love them! The only con of these supplements are trying to take 2 at once, which can be a tad difficult when swallowing. But other than that, I definitely would recommend.

It's been only a week but I noticed I am feeling so good. I actually had the flu and I am sure taking this supplement helped me through it (no diarrhea, which is common for me when I have the flu). I had 2 brands I used to switch from. This was a little pricier but I needed it quickly so I thought, only for a month I would try it. This is going to be in my top 3 to rotate brands. It is bigger than the pearl brand but easy to swallow, even though you have to take 2 pills. It has a very light tangy smell, which is pleasant. And I know that's silly but the bottle is cute and it looks good on my medicine shelf.
