Very fatty & extremely tough
Bought this for my husband who loves jerky - unfortunately he really disliked this one. It was really fatty & extremely tough. In addition the taste was not to his liking either. He tried one bit & wasn’t able to finish it. Unfortunately not able to return the item - expensive lesson learned.
