The integration with Alexa is absolutely horrible...at best. In order to really utilize it you have to be in the watch's app which doesn't advance the ball at all. I can just open my home integration app and control things that way as it is. The watch app doesn't stay connected to the Amazon account so you have to go into the app often to re-enable it which, again, defeats the purpose since I could just go into the Alexa app or automation app on my phone anyway. When i am in the car and have the phone paired to the car stereo and try to trigger the Alexa function it thinks I am trying to make a phone call and begins a dial-out. I like the watch otherwise so I am keeping it but if you are interested in the Alexa functionality don't bother. The directions are non-existent so be prepared to go online to the Guess website and you will have to do a firmware update...and although there are no directions except on the website, know that you will have to plug the watch into a PC in order to push the update to the watch.

As a timepiece this is a great watch, its very accurate, attractive and easy to read, even in bright sunshine. As a smartwatch, it leaves a lot to be desired. Its constantly connecting and reconnecting and notifications are hit or miss because of this. It needs a firmware update when you first receive it but you have to search the internet to find out how to do it. To do that update you have to connect it to a PC, better make sure you have access to one. Alexa works, sometimes. Other times it doesn't know what you're talking about. For instance, I can use Alexa to turn my living light on but it doesn't know what I'm talking about when I tell it to turn it off. I haven't used it as a phone yet, I really have no trouble reaching into my pocket to retrieve my phone when it rings.

I really do love this watch; however, it does not come with easy to understand instructions. I'm still trying to figure it out. When there are updates telling you to update the firmware, it is difficult to understand how this is done. The Play Store doesn't show that an update is available, yet Guess informs me that it must be updated. Very confusing!!!

Lack of instruction of what the watch can do!

Just got and it's working great. Really have no complaints. Alexa works on most Skills.Phone works great too.
