Springbok 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle Blissful Borough - Made in USA

I did enjoy doing this puzzle, but at one stage thought I would pack it away as the pieces were very tight and had to be pushed into place very firmly. I loved the scene but would not recommend this brand of puzzle.

I have bought dozens of Springbok puzzles because I could always count on the high quality of the product. That was not the case with the puzzle. I think it was maybe made in China because it is so different from their usual quality. Many pieces were not completely cut through so I had to separate them before I could even start on the puzzle. There was a lot more dust than normal and the most frustrating thing was that the pieces did not stay together. I had to use a piece of paper to move sections and even then, pieces would fall apart. I am done with Springbok.

This is another fun puzzle from what is now our favorite "publisher." As usual, the image quality was terrific, the pieces were well-cut, and the details added visual interest. Just for comparison, we recently tried a puzzle from a different, big-name maker and were disappointed: image quality of tigers and jungle was blurry; color definition was so-so (hard to distinguish blacks, dark grays and dark greens); and the cutting and trimming were poorly done (e.g., lower border was cut such that some of the notches had no outside edge). We'll be sticking with Springbok and Ravensburger.

Loved the puzzle but was missing a piece. I contacted Springbok and their customer service is excellent they will send a replacement puzzle. I love the random cut puzzles they make, they are of a good quality and the finished picture is beautiful.

I do a lot of puzzles and this is my first Springbok one and it will be my last. Many of the pieces were still stuck together when I opened the box so spent a lot of time pulling them apart. The pieces have paper fringe on the edges and don’t fit snugly together. The picture is pretty but otherwise a very poor quality puzzle.
