GREAT ALL AROUND SSD!! (For PS5 or PC)
I bought this Inland SSD for my PS5 because it was one of the less expensive options and seem to have many good reviews so I figured I might as well go for it! First, I did test it with my gaming PC and was easily able to get around the specified maximum read/right speeds in a PCIe 4.0 slot.Afterwards, I placed it in my PS5 (very simple and easy process).. also bought the combo heatsink slot cover designed to replace the stock SSD slot cover for the PS5. This worked out amazing! Since I did read plenty of reviews about many other heatsinks that don't fit very well and can cause problems with the stock SSD cover that comes with the PS5.At the time I'm writing this review, it's been about 6 months since I bought this Inland SSD and it's still going strong! I've moved quite a bit of games on and off of it, since I'd rather download new games onto this add-on SSD; as opposed to having so many extra reads and writes on the main SSD inside the PS5 since the extra SSD can easily be replaced if needed. All in all, you can't go wrong with this SSD! Regardless of whatever you're using it for, I highly recommend this for anybody that's looking for a solid m.2 SSD, and it's especially great whether you're on a budget or just want to save some cash!

Great for gaming performance increase...
I used to play games on spinning disk and had to wait for things to load... Well, after installing this, games seems to load in a flash. Now, there is still some loading especially for high quality games (Flight Sim or COD, GTA V) BUT you will notice it does NOT take long to complete the process. File copying too is very fast. Would Highly recommend this purchase if you are looking for an increase in game loading times and better performance.

Screaming performance, gets warm tno
Great device, very fast, but does get warm/hot. I installed copper sheet heatsinks on it in my laptop, its currently at 51deg Celsius.

This drive does not have hardware level encryption from what I can see
The only good thing is it has high endurance (supposedly) cannot test this without burning out my disk.Aside from that, note that you do not get SED features. You would want that if you ever you plan to apply encryption to this disk, as it would be more performant and result in less writes which extends the life of the drive.I regret this purchase for this reason alone.

Excellent Nvme Drive.
I bought three of these INLAND Performance 2TB SSD PCIe Gen 4.0 NVMe drives. They are as advertized and very good quality. Definitely on my recommend list.

PS5 ssd working fine
So saw this on a back Friday sale and read a few reviews saying this works with the PS5. First one ordered was dead on arrival as the PS5 did not detect it at all. I requested for a replacement and this one worked but the read speed is only 3,861 and is not what others are reporting at 6,000. I formatted a few times and same result. I've been using it and have moved games to it and haven't noticed any issues. For the price at the time, it's a no brainier with an added heat sink. I'm not a hardcore gamer so I can't speak of loading speeds but no issues as of yet.

Great brand
Need a little speed boast fire up your build with these if you have heatsinks

Gen 3 level performance
I installed this to add to my SN750 Gen 3.Benchmarks about 10% less. Not going to mean much in real life, but I expected it to look better in benchmarks. It's Gen 4, but you're basically getting Gen 3 performance.
