CorgiAA27205 Avro Vulcan B.2 XL319 Diecast Model

Another well crafted and generally accurate diecast rendition by Corgi of the majestic V bomber. However, the model is badly let down in my opinion by the inaccurate colour scheme; in their wisdom Corgi product designers have left the Vulcan's undersides white when in fact they should be light grey. It might sound picky but when you are paying over £200 for a model you should expect the livery to be correct. The model blurb even mentions that the RAF Vulcans received toned down camouflage in the mid 1970s - including the application of light grey undersides, so where did the Corgi quality control go wrong? It is still an impressive addition to the collection but could have been so much better with better research.
