Very comfortable mask and easy to disassemble for regular cleaning. Recommend keeping a spare, in case of breakage, so you don’t miss any night’s use waiting for replacement.

This one came with the strap gear - bought this as a back up because I liked the first one I got and wanted a backup. But on first one, (different AMZN vendor) I had to buy the strap separately which made it $16 to $18 more costly. I am an Asian female without a prominent bridge and find that it doesn't matter because it seats below the bridge and provides really good coverage with essentially no air leakage. Prior to this mask, I used the ones that went over the nose and mouth and so glad I made the switch. I find that it's best to not make it so tight as I lie down, the head positioning seems to make it a little tighter and snug. At first I struggled figuring out the right tightness, but overall very comfortable and with excellent air leakage prevention. The strap gear to get in and out of the mask is not ideal and also took awhile to figure out the best way -- I will unlatch the right strap with the plastic tip that you insert into the mask and it's not easy to do this but this works the best for me. and took a bit of practice.

My first cpap mask was a pillow model. After a few years, I just found it to be uncomfortable and decided to look for an option that just covered my nose.I initially purchased a small, not realizing there was a petite option. I could make it work, but after awhile it just wasn't going well.I purchased this item, and a nose cushion because I didn't really read the description. Whoops.This is the frame and the cushion only, it does not come with the head gear. Everything arrived packaged well and brand new. According to another review, theirs came with headgear, but mine did not. Also, this was small. It's only big enough for the nose. Does not cover the nose AND mouth. The quality appears good, but does not serve my needs
