I've been using the Jawzrsize now for a month and I've had compliments from "you look different" to "you look great". My wife have been playing with my jaw saying "It works". I ended up buying her one now and she just started using it.The use of it is very easy and the instructions are very clear to understand. I keep it near my sink so before I go to bed is when I do my daily excercises.I don't overwork my jaw. When I start feeling discomfort or pain I finish up that set then stop. I usually do 6-7 sets @ 20 reps per set.I highly recommended it.
