Delivery was super fast. I was told by my physio to buy this type of pillow for my neck problems and headaches. Was uncomfortable for the first few nights until I became accustomed to it, then I started to feel much better. I definitely feel more supported in the neck area and still comfortable when I sleep on my side.

I was disappointed as this is a very soft memory foam compared to others I have had in the past. It didn't help my neck apin until I put a normal pillow on top!I wouldn't recommend if you prefer a firmer and deeper memory foam.

Bought for my husband as his snoring is louder than an elephant with a cold. The snoring has been reduced significantly and he has said that his shoulders are far less achy in the morning. The children have also said how comfortable it is and want one! Hopefully this will work as directed to stop the snoring.

Very comfortable for sleeping on your side. Quite low sleeping on your back but fairly comfortable.Still get back pain but I suffer with bulging discs so nothing really helps ease the pain.

Found the 1st couple of nights really uncomfortable and nearly gave up. But after a week I really like it. I sleep better and don't wake up with achy neck and shoulder pain

Have used for 3 days and have now sore neck . The dimensions are incorrect in regard to pillow height as in product description says are 10 cm and 6 cm . Are in fact more like 10cm and 10cm . Though i can see some people would be ok with that I prefer a lower height for lying on back because of thwe way my back is.
