First of all you need to get the size right, I am 185cm (6ft) weighing at 85-88kgs, relatively big quads, I got an XXL (chinese fit) which is Large (European fit) it was a perfect fit for me. The shorts are good, they're an everyday gym wear for me.Some of the threads aren't tight though, and they come off after a few machine washes, but overall I'd recommend.

Loose stiches here and there. Definitely not a compression gym shorts. I ordered the smallest size available and the inner layer is still loose.

As looked for 32-34 waist, I ordered XXL... Tested and to be completed, I have to add white paint and a red nose, to be like a clown!Intending to return!

Although i had chosen the XXL it was smaller than expected, i got another one XXXL, this one fits perfectly and it is extremely comfortable.
