Not effective for most nurses
I am a nurse at an acute care hospital. I have tried this at work and given various coworkers to try it. We have all found it to be limiting. We rarely have time to effectively utilize all the sections. I like to write my patients' meds down and there just isn't enough space. I do like the wet proof quality. I chose to use the plain notebook so I could customize the pages to my needs.

Fantastic little notebook for your hiking/camping first aid kit
Just stick one of these in your hiking/camping FAK. Should the worst happen it will help you stay organized and transfer care to ALS personnel.
